The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association has named RTP|Internet Solutions, an award winning web development and design firm based in Avon, Colorado, to redesign both websites. Planning for the new design is underway and the launch date is set for March 1, 2005. “Both our organizations are committed to making the web as functional and easy to use for both end users and administrators,” said Sandy Evans Hall, executive vice president of the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association. “We chose RTP because they have a high standard of brainstorming, researching and devising new solutions to help their clients to meet their goals and objectives on time and on budget.” The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association intends to ensure that its Internet presence attracts, converts and retains customers. This redesign will improve both sites’ functionality, navigation structure and usability creating a user-centered solution that is cost effective, results-driven and highly effective. RTP's proprietary content management tool and an easy-to-use interface will allow SSCRA to manage and grow its online presence without adding additional technically trained staff. “RTP is thrilled to partner with the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association to help build a web strategy to promote its mission and to serve its member businesses,” said Laurie O’Connell of RTP’s Internet Solutions Division. “A new, dynamic web presence will drive additional visits to the website and generate more business for SSRCA's partners. Our resort and chamber expertise will bring the SSRCA's sites (www.steamboatchamber.com & www.steamboatsummer.com) to an entirely new level.” The redesign will:
